Japan World Inc. will use the name, address, telephone number, gender, and other personal information provided by the customer (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of providing the customer with products, services, direct mail, and other information that is appropriate for the customer, and will not use it for any other purpose without the customer’s approval.

Japan World Inc. will not provide or entrust the handling of your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases
(1) With the prior approval of the customer.
(2) When we outsource the handling of personal information to a subcontractor within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use clearly indicated to the customer.
(3) When formally requested in writing by the Government authorities for specific purposes.
3. Disclosure of personal information, etc. Japan World Inc. will promptly respond to any request for disclosure, change or deletion of personal information after confirming the identity of the customer.
